Why can’t the other parent see a new activity yet?
A new entry is saved on the device first. Check that both parents joined the same child profile and have an internet connection, then use Sync now in the app.
Can we both use the same account?
Each caregiver should use their own sign-in and join the shared family profile. This keeps invitations and permissions clear.
Does TintoBaby work offline?
The journal is local-first, so entries can be recorded on the device while offline. Other caregivers see shared changes after the device reconnects.
Can I import from Nara Baby?
Yes. Choose your CSV in the app and upload it to Firebase for server-side processing, then review the import report.
Can I export or remove my data?
The app includes data export and account deletion options. See the help pages for the current steps.
