TintoBabyPrivacy starts with clear choices.
TintoBaby is a local-first baby-care journal for parents and caregivers. This notice explains what the app stores, when it synchronizes data and the choices available to you.
Device-first journal
Activities are stored locally on the device before synchronization. Offline records wait on that device until a connection is available.
Family sharing
When you join a family, selected child records are synchronized through Firebase so authorized members can see them.
Photos and imported data
Photos stay on your device unless you share them. Nara CSV files are uploaded to Firebase and processed by the server, including their care records and notes. Imported records are added to your family journal; source files are temporary and scheduled for cleanup.
Your controls
The mobile app offers data export, household access management and account deletion. For privacy questions or a deletion request, email privacy@tintobaby.com. Do not send sensitive baby records through a general support message.
Contact and retention
Privacy questions are handled by TintoBaby support. We retain synchronized records only for as long as the household account is active or a legal obligation requires. Deletion requests are acknowledged and processed through the account deletion workflow.
